I just told my apartment owners to get me a new "slide card" for $100 -$150. It seems like an extravagance. But, way back when, Producer Mike Todd Jr was busted and still smoking $3 cigars. It was pointed out to him that it was an extravagance. He said "when you are as deeply in debt as I am $3 isn't going to make any difference.

I am not a wealthy man, but doing better than I ever imagined. Avoiding the hassle seems worth the cost.
