EMail from Israel

I received an EMail from my cousin in Israel. His son is at the front. His daughter just gave birth, and can not serve. He was entitled , as an only son, not to fight in the 1967 war. He told his father he would never talk to him again if they took the exemption. He was seriously wounded on the Egyptian front. He is now a world class biologist (enzymes...) at the University of Tel Aviv, where one of his colleagues is Itomar Rabinovich, a former Israeli Abassador to the U.S.
