Gambling --- again

Word from the Redneck Riviera is that casinos on are being allowed "on-shore" to help finance the damage from Katrina.
There is a certain poetic justice to gambling run by the Indian tribes. Americans did not treat them well ("The Trail of Tears".)
Now they are legally picking the pocket of the descendants of their tormenters.
