Tom Hazlett is a big burly guy with a very sharp mind.

I do not think this a bubble or a buying panic.

It is based on fundamentals: The largest country, inflation in check, a free and innovative people.

The economist Paul Samuelson likes to joke that Wall Street indices
predicted nine out of the last five recessions. So too in the new
economy, where the fruits of success are often hailed as harbingers of doom.
