So, the much be-leagured NYTimes wants to become the only major newspaper in America.

Luckily, there is the anti-trust division of the U.S. Department of Justice, which would, I think, might well have a case. (See: big-government regulation can do some good.)

And: There are tens of millions of Americans who would find it's mindless, gitchy-goo, limousine liberal editorial page very offensive.
