Life cycle.

I was just at the home of a grieving parent --- a father of five sons --- one of whom suddenly died. I think he was in his late thirties.

At the sad gathering were people who over the long weekend had been at births, Bar Mitvahs, funerals, memorial services.

Life goes on.
