I think Mexico is a wonderful country. It's always on the verge of becoming a great nation. I hope it makes it.

I believe it unlikely that even the Leftist's supporters approve of the disruption of democratic procedures. Un-masked.

BTW: The Total Fertility Rate (TFR --- the average number of children born per women of child-bearing age) has fallen below the rate required to replace a society. (According to leading Mexican demographers; the UN Pop Division hasn't quite caught up.)

This bears on the harum-scarum talk about illegal (and legal) Mexican immigration. If Mexicans keep leaving and the number of children stays below replacement, there won't be any Mexicans left.

Only a few gringos in Cancun condos, having fun but worried about tropical storms.
