Ned Lamont's photo op
At his "victory" celebration (alledgedly made possible by his staffers who sabotaged Sen. Joe's website --- now under investigation by the FBI --- the photo-op shot, he was flanked by Rev. Al Sharpton and Rev. Jesse Jackson (never ordained, I don't believe) .
What fodder for Republicans!
Sharpton, as I recall it, was guilty of the egregiously false rape charges of Tawana Brawley. He was involved in the killing of 7 white merchants in Harlem.
Rev. Jesse is a somewhat different case. He is, putatively, a shake-down artist and a philanderer. He literally "waved a bloody shirt" intimating falsely that he was Rev. Martin Luther King's closest ally. He called New York City "Hymietown" to a black reporter --- and then apologized for anti-semitic remarks. He gave out garlands to Castro, Gaddafi and many other thugs. He will travel anywhere for TV face-time.
On the other hand, he was, I think, born out-of-wedlock to a large poor family in South Carolina. He had a harelip and a lisp, but became a sensational orator. He was a good college football quarterback.
He started out preaching to black youngsters in much the same manner as Bill Cosby does today, and then swerved far-out Left.
Later, he became a terrible talk show host on CNN's Both Sides with Jesse Jackson, actually reading questions off the prompter to the great consternation of his producers.
Democrats: They never learn, do they?

Not pretty
