Well, no. Not IMO. I would say that you post to your blog -- or you post an entry to your blog, or put up a blog post, or just simply blog (here blog is a verb). There are many ways to say it, but one of them (again, IMO) is not 'I post blogs'.

Ask others if you like; opinions about usage for new words/concepts like blogging will vary, perhaps.
