Two More on Immigration

Decades ago a young daughter of mine crawled under a bed to pet a dog. He felt threatened. Her nose was almost severed. She was rushed to a hospital and operated on by a Dr. Teimourian --- from Iran. Her face blew up to the size of a pumpkin. We covered all the mirrors. But she recovered, is very attractive today, and there is only the slightest scar.

Next: Is it true that immigrants lower wages? Go up and down any major street in Washington DC --- and it is as if "Now Hiring" has replaced e pluribus unum as our key phrase.

According to market theory, wouldn't that raise wages?
