Jumping ship

Many Neo-Cons are jumping ship. It's become a poison word. (It shouldn't be.)

Frank Fuykuyama says he now wants to be known as a "Wilsonian Realist." I'd sign on to that.

But the instant he annouces it the leftist blog-machine would say "Aha, he's racist." Indeed Woodrow Wilson was very pro-segregation. (So was William Fulbright and President Clinton awarded him a "Medal of Freedom.")

Changing the label doesn't change the policy.
