Ben J. Wattenberg is a Senior Fellow at the American Enterprise Institute in Washington, D.C. Well, it looks like the big jump in the Dow you reported earlier today is almost totally gone. Do you still think today is an "augury for the year?" Or, is the Dow only "predictive" for you when it's going UP, Ben?
You should really wait till the close of the trading day before making such a serious prediction.
